Must someone assist me to get this product?
The product has been designed for your convenience.
You do not need to engage with an advisor (in fact there are no advisors appointed in our business) and can do everything you need to do on a self-help basis.
You never need to engage with a call centre agent.
Do I need to do a medical check?
A medical check is not required on this product.
How do I pay premiums towards an offshore product?
You pay using Zing Digital Cash (ZDC tokens).
How do I apply?
Online.
The product has been designed so there is no need for you to engage with an advisor.
How would my family claim?
Go online to the Claim menu. The easy 4 step claim process is laid out for you.
Can I access my Policy online?
Go to the Client Portal and register yourself.
If you have a policy with us, you will be accepted and then you will be able to see your Policy, view your current investments and also will have access to the Fund Fact Sheets, which will tell you how the funds have been performing from quarter to quarter.
Can I increase my life cover?
You can do this at anytime up to the maximum cover level - see our Product page.
Do you provide disability cover?
Not at this stage, but we do plan to introduce this in the future.
Do you provide dread disease/critical illness cover?
Not at this stage, but we do plan to introduce this in the future.
Do you provide gap health cover?
Not at this stage, but we do plan to introduce this in the future.
Do you provide investments?
Not at this stage, but we do plan to introduce this in the future.
How do I make changes to my policy?
Logon to the Client Portal and then click on the Policy Change button under the Policy Service Section.
You can amend:
1) Life Cover
2) Beneficiaries
3) Contact details
Where is the life claim amount paid out?
We pay ZDC Tokens (each being equal to 1 US Dollar) into the Zing account of the Beneficiary(ies).
To avoid fraud, we will only pay into the bank account the nominated beneficiary(ies) on the policy.
The beneficiary can then process an instant refund into any bank account globally.
Who is the underwriter of the life cover?
Zing Life Assurance PCC (ZINGLife) is a registered Seychelles life insurer with registration number: 210290.
In order to offer customers peace of mind, ZINGLife is fully reinsured with Swiss Reinsurance Company Ltd (Swiss Re), who is a reinsurance company based in Zurich, Switzerland.
It is the world’s second-largest reinsurer. Founded in 1863, Swiss Re operates through offices in more than 25 countries.
For you this means that 100% of all valid claims will be paid out, regardless, of what ever happens to ZINGLife.
How does the Zingsure Rewards Program Work?
An organisation can apply to become a Super Hero in order to participate in the Zingsure Rewards Program.
Successful applicants will be required to enter into a signed commercial contract.
Once approved successful Applicants are assigned the role of Super Hero.
A Super Hero can in turn appoint one any number of Emissaries by registering an emissary on the Super Hero Portal.
Emissaries registered by the Super Hero, can then process leads via the Emissary Portal.
Rewards are earned as-and-when-we-receive-premium basis.
